Product Introduction

Produced from high-purity imported aluminium ingots and carefully selected alloying elements such as magnesium (Mg), silicon (Si), copper (Cu), titanium (Ti), and chromium (Cr), Nam Sung billets are engineered to achieve optimal strength, durability, and processing stability.

The melting and casting process is closely controlled within a temperature range of 660°C to 730°C. Multiple filtration and refining stages are applied to remove impurities before casting, resulting in homogeneous round billets with superior metallurgical quality.

Through stringent quality control at every stage of production, Nam Sung billets deliver high purity, excellent surface quality, and reliable extrusion performance, making them an ideal choice for manufacturers of architectural and industrial aluminium profiles.
