On June 13, Nam Sung Factory was honored to welcome a delegation of project investors, supervision consultants, and aluminum-glass contractors for the Nhon Trach 3 & 4 Thermal Power Plant Project.
About the Nhon Trach 3 & 4 Thermal Power Project
The Nhon Trach Thermal Power Project is one of Vietnam’s key infrastructure projects. Once completed and operational, it will provide a major power source with a total capacity of over 1,600 MW, contributing significantly to electricity supply for Southern Vietnam and strengthening national energy security.
Currently, the thermal power plant has achieved over 80% construction progress, with major equipment already delivered to the site and currently being installed for commissioning. The projected timeline for commercial power generation is November 2024 for Nhon Trach 3 and May 2025 for Nhon Trach 4.

During the factory visit, partners had the opportunity to directly explore Nam Sung’s diverse product portfolio, while also gaining deeper insights into the company’s manufacturing processes and production capacity supporting the project.
